We are all living this human experience - sometimes life is smooth sailing and other times hardships get in the way. I offer individualized services using an integrative perspective. Just as each person is unique, I offer services to fit the particular needs and goals of the client.

Teen Therapy
Pre-teen through young adulthood is a unique time period of major growth, learning who you are and want to be, and becoming an individual away from childhood. I approach this age group with respect, genuine connection, and attunement to the client. The goal is to help guide to their own conclusions, building their morals and opinions along the way.

Play Therapy
Children often learn by exploration and play. The same thoughts are approached to help children process through movement and play. I grow trust in the relationship by joining children on the floor, playing with them while observing.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy can help with trauma, phobias, anxieties, and more. An individualized approach is taken as the needs and goals are assessed to see how EMDR could best help the particular needs of the client.
